Shoebizsf.com will gladly accept returns on unworn items. Please contact Shoe Biz via phone or e-mail if you intend on shipping an item back. Shipping will be reimbursed only if we erroneously sent you the wrong shoes (i.e., size, color, style). Otherwise, you will be responsible for charges related to shipping shoes back to us. Items must be unworn & in its original packaging along with your receipt.

Once your shipment has arrived to our facilities we will void the transaction through Google Checkout and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

*Note: Please allow all voided transactions to appear back on your debit/credit card within 1-10 business days, this may take longer according to your banks banking methods.

Please return items within 14 days of receipt to ensure timely transactions.

Web Return Policy

  • Shoes must be returned within 14 days of the shipping date on the receipt.
  • Shoes must be unworn and in it's original condition in original shoe box in the same exact condition as it was originally shipped.
  • Please specify on your order receipt that was included in your shipment if you'd like to exchange the shoes for another size, style or color, or you may request a refund.
  • All returns must have proper authorization by email or phone.
  • All refunds are given back through Google Checkout. We void and cancel the order, you will receive an e-mail stating so. Please allow all voided transactions to appear back on your debit/credit card within 1-10 business days, this may take longer according to your banks banking methods.

Cancelled Orders

PLEASE NOTE: It is customary for your bank to put a 30 day hold on authorized charges. If an order is cancelled, Shoe Biz will void the order with your bank, but cannot release the funds. You must contact your bank directly to have the charges released.
