Shoebizsf.com will gladly accept returns on unworn items. Please contact Shoe Biz via phone or e-mail to request a Return Authorization Number. This number must accompany the return or the package will be refused. Shipping will be reimbursed only if we erroneously sent you the wrong shoes (i.e., size, color, style). Otherwise, you will be responsible for charges related to shipping shoes back to us. Items must be in its original packaging along with your receipt.

It is our policy not to issue credit back to your credit card for returns. You will receive a store check for the return amount via snailmail.

Please return items within 14 days of receipt to ensure timely transactions.
