Shoebizsf.com will gladly accept returns on unworn items. Please contact Shoe Biz via phone or e-mail to request a Return Authorization Number. This number must accompany the return or the package will be refused. Shipping will be reimbursed only if we erroneously sent you the wrong shoes (i.e., size, color, style). Otherwise, you will be responsible for charges related to shipping shoes back to us. Items must be unworn & in its original packaging along with your receipt.
It is our policy not to issue credit back to your credit card for returns. Your credit card info is protected and not visible to anyone including our staff. Therefore; the only possible method of refund is by a company check.You will receive a company check for the return amount via mail.
Please return items within 14 days of receipt to ensure timely transactions.
Return Policy
- Any/all returns without proper authorization number will be refused and returned to sender.
- Shoes may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date on the receipt.
- Shoes must be unworn and in it's original condition in original shoe box in the same exact condition as it was originally shipped.
- You may exchange the shoes for another size, style or color, or you may request a refund.
- All refunds are given via company check, and will not be given as credit on the purchasing credit card.
- Refund checks will be for the price of the shoe, MINUS the shipping costs.
- All returns must have proper authorization by email or phone.
- A return authorization number will be issued for accepted returns prior to returning the shoes to shoebizsf.com.
Cancelled Orders
PLEASE NOTE: It is customary for your bank to put a 30 day hold on authorized charges. If an order is cancelled, Shoe Biz will void the order with your bank, but cannot release the funds. You must contact your bank directly to have the charges released.
